A main focus whilst designing the bench was to avoid using any screws or nails, resulting in a simple and honest piece. The combination of natural wood and full-grain leather guarantees durability and sustainability. At the same time, the way the chosen materials will age will mean the character of the piece will only be enhanced with time. 

A common principle in this collection is to showcase the beauty of the raw materials. For example, the grain of the wood shows through clearly in the leg joints of the bench’s surface, amplifying the beautiful simplicity of the pattern of the natural wood.
