Inspired by the principles of the Wiener Werkstätte, the project translates its design philosophy—centred on craftsmanship, geometry, and the idea of the Gesamtkunstwerk—into a modern hospitality context.

A key objective of the design was also to create a sense of comfort and generosity, even within a compact
footprint. Most rooms are deliberately organised efficiently without losing their sense of atmosphere.
Through precise proportions, horizontal wall divisions, and a carefully coordinated palette of colours
and materials, spaces emerge that feel at once functional, warm, and calm.
Original ornamental plaster ceilings and preserved architectural details sit in dialogue with clean lines
and custom lighting. Vintage furniture intersects with contemporary pieces, while raw construction
elements are left exposed and offset by Austrian stone, polished marble, and artisanal finishes. This
choreography of opposites defines the hotel’s identity, creating an experience that feels both familiar and
forward-looking.
